Bidly Data Terms & Conditions

This privacy policy applies to the Tracko Bidly App (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Tracko (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a free service to facilitate bidding on cargo/container deliveries based on CBM, route, and time. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider, under strict confidentiality agreements and limitations

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. This can be done using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app store.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please contact tracko.pk@gmail.com, and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit data from individuals under the age of 13.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been submitted by a child under 13, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian aware of such an event, please contact tracko.pk@gmail.com to take appropriate action.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable precautions to safeguard your information. This includes physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes consent to any modifications.
