This privacy policy applies to the Tracket App (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Tracko (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a free service to facilitate our in-house tasking management through creating, assigning, and marking the assigned tickets done by the users created through web-based admin portal. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information includes:

• Your device token for which app asks for permission to allow the app to send in-app notifications, that you can accept or reject and if rejected, app doesn’t send any notifications.

• Permission to allow for using camera for capturing picture while performing tasks, it doesn’t require to access user’s device gallery storage or data.

The Application does not gather precise location data from your mobile device.

The Service Provider doesn’t get any information to contact you with important updates, required notices, or relevant marketing promotions.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy policy.

Note that the Application may use third-party services with their own privacy policies. These include, but are not limited to:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• As required by law (e.g., subpoena or legal process)

• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to legal/government requests

• To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider, under strict confidentiality agreements and limitations

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. This can be done using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app store.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please contact tracko.pk@gmail.com, and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit data from individuals under the age of 13.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been submitted by a child under 13, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian aware of such an event, please contact tracko.pk@gmail.com to take appropriate action.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable precautions to safeguard your information. This includes physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes consent to any modifications.
