Role Overview
The Head of Marketing & Sales will lead the company’s commercial strategy, driving brand growth, revenue generation, and market expansion. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership to build high-performing teams across marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.
You will shape the company’s market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and position our fleet technology solutions as the industry benchmark.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for all products: GPS trackers, dash cams, container theft solutions, and fleet management systems.

Build a strong brand presence through digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.

Lead product positioning, go-to-market plans, and competitive differentiation.

Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns, performance marketing, and partnerships.

Oversee content strategy including product videos, blogs, case studies, and B2B marketing materials.

Manage market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine marketing direction.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Create and implement a sales strategy aligned with revenue targets and market expansion plans.

Lead the end-to-end sales pipeline—from lead acquisition and qualification to closing deals.

Establish and manage channel partnerships, resellers, and enterprise relationships.

Forecast sales performance, analyse KPIs, and continuously optimize sales processes.

Drive adoption of enterprise fleet solutions by logistics, transportation, rental, FMCG, and distribution companies.
Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and sales team.

Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market demands.

Collaborate with operations and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience.

Coordinate with finance to develop budgets, pricing strategies, and ROI models.
Brand Development & Market Expansion

Position the company as a leader in telematics, IoT fleet technology, and AI-based safety systems.

Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for growth.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) from a well reputed institution.

5+ years of leadership experience in technology, telematics, SaaS, IoT, logistics tech, or related industries.

Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and leading high-performing sales teams.

Strong digital marketing expertise including executing SEO & SMO strategies and driving paid/unpaid campaigns

Strong understanding of fleet management, GPS tracking devices, dash cams, and telematics platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.
